At Ferry Boat Design Co., every order is created with care. Many of our products are made in partnership with trusted production partners to bring our original designs to life.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.
Some products may require additional production time depending on the item and availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control may occur.
Multiple Items in One Order
If your order includes multiple products, items may ship separately depending on production requirements and fulfillment locations. You may receive more than one tracking notification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Ferry Boat Design Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
