Where are your products made?

Ferry Boat Design is inspired by the Pacific Northwest and designed with a love for the coast, its wildlife, and the little details that make this place feel like home. Our products are created in collaboration with trusted print and production partners.

Are your products made to order?

Many of our products are printed or produced especially for you when an order is placed. Because of this, production times can vary depending on the item.

Will my order look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent every product as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the materials used.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We're keeping things close to home for now!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Do you offer express shipping?

At this time, we offer standard shipping only. Express and expedited shipping options are not yet available.

Will all of my items arrive together?

Not necessarily! Some products are made and shipped by different production partners. If your order includes multiple types of products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You'll receive tracking information as each shipment is on its way.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Order Issues

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because many of our products are made to order, returns and exchanges may be limited. Please review our return policy before ordering. If you have a question about a product or your order, reach out and we'll be happy to help.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry if something isn't quite right! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can look into it with our production partner.
